Therapist & Founder

“Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.” This guiding philosophy fuels De’Leon’s dedication to mental health and emotional wellness. She founded The Grace Space Counseling and Wellness to provide supportive, effective, and meaningful mental health services to adult individuals. The founding of The Grace Space Counseling and Wellness was rooted in a commitment to offering individuals and families a space for healing, growth, and empowerment over their mental wellness.
